Vi parlavo giorni fa soprattutto sui social, della mia merenda dopo la ginnastica associata alle 8 regole per restare in forma e vi dicevo che, mangiare frutta e verdura e bere acqua, aiutano l’organismo a stare meglio e di conseguenza ad aver una bella pelle. Ma vi ho anche accennato che, la frutta fa bene anche se spalmata sul viso e oggi a vostra richiesta, vi spiego come utilizzarla.
MASCHERA ALLA BANANA:
– Tritare una banana
– Amalgamarla con un cucchiaio di yogurt e un cucchiaino di miele, (se avete la pelle grassa aggiungere metá cucchiaino di succo di limone)
– Mescolare il tutto
– Spalmare sul viso
– Risciacquare dopo 15 minuti con acqua tiepida.
La pelle diverrà morbidissima.
MASCHERA ALLA MELA:
– Prendere la polpa di una mela
– Rendetela cremosa amalgamando e passando la polpa, (per pelli secche e sensibili: aggiungere un cucchiaino di miele, per la pelle mista e grassa aggiungere mezzo cucchiaino di argilla verde o bianca)
– Massaggiare con delicatezza
– Lavare il tutto dopo un paio di minuti
Il viso sarà pulito in modo dolce e delicato.
MASCHERA AL KIWI:
– Spremere due kiwi ben maturi
– Aggiungere un cucchiaino di miele di acacia sarebbe meglio (per pelle grassa: aggiungere al composto un cucchiaio di argilla verde o bianca),
– Lasciare in posa per 15 minuti.
OPPURE:
– Tagliare a fettine sottili il kiwi
– Stenderlo sul viso pulito ed esfoliato.
– Comprimere le fette sul viso dolcemente (i semini del kiwi agiranno come un delicato scrub)
– Fate agire per 15 minuti.

The face will be clean so sweet and delicate.
KIWI’S MASK:
– Squeezing two-ripe kiwi
– Add a teaspoon of acacia honey would be better (for oily skin: add to the mix a tablespoon of green clay or white),
– Leave on for 15 minutes.
OR:
– Thinly slice the kiwi
– Spread it on your face clean and exfoliated.
– Compress the slices gently on the face (the seeds of the kiwi will act as a gentle scrub)
– Do work for 15 minutes.
